The provider and the services covered

Tony AI is provided by JTWDBW LLC, whose postal address is 335 S 100 W, Logan, UT 84321-5236, United States. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to that company. We are responsible for deciding why and how the information described here is processed, including acting as its controller where the applicable law uses that concept. Contact us about privacy at support@tonyai.org.

The policy applies to the Android app, our website at https://www.tonyai.org, purchases associated with the app and communications with our support team. Tony AI is in development and has not been released on Google Play. The app-related descriptions explain handling when its features become available. Its creative features are image-to-video, video templates, AI images and image templates.

Information can be personal without containing a name. A recognizable photograph, a device identifier or a record that can reasonably be associated with a person may be personal information. The protections in this policy apply to that information as well as to direct contact details.

The website introduces the app and provides policy and support information. It does not receive generation submissions or take payments. The campaign concepts displayed on it are original website artwork, not app screenshots, available templates or results produced by Tony AI. Browsing that collection does not submit material for AI processing.

A privacy notice describes handling; it is not consent to every activity mentioned in it. Any separate notice, permission or choice required for a particular interaction must still be provided. References to regional rights are subject to the law's scope and to whether it applies to the relevant processing.

See alsosupport@tonyai.org

Material you submit and messages you send

The information you provide depends on the action you choose. A creative request may contain selected media, instructions and settings. A support enquiry contains the details you decide to share about an issue. Reading the website does not require either kind of submission.

We use creation information to mean the entire record associated with a work, not only the finished image or video. It includes prompts, input images or videos where supplied, output images or videos, parameters, template selections, task identifiers, status, timestamps, metadata and the relationships between those items. Previews, thumbnails, derived files, cached versions, backups and other copies are also included. These examples do not limit the definition to a particular file format, database field or storage location.

When you contact support, we receive the question, replies, relevant app-user or transaction references and any screenshots or other attachments you send. An email also gives us the email address needed to reply. A content report can include your explanation, relevant references and evidence you choose to supply. The app lets you report a creation from its detail page without leaving the app.

Adding a work or its details to correspondence does not turn it into an independent support record. Creation content, task references and other associated information in a message, attachment or report remain subject to the original creation deadline. An ongoing case does not create a second retention period for that material.

Start with a short explanation of the problem. Avoid sending private files, unrelated identification documents, full payment details or credentials when they are not needed. If additional information is necessary, we seek a proportionate amount for the stated purpose. You may explain that a reference is unavailable rather than invent one or resend sensitive material merely to open an enquiry.

App records do not require a registered account

Tony AI does not require registration, a password or a social login. References to an app user or an account-deletion option concern the records associated with use of the service. They do not mean that you have created a separate login profile.

The app can still use installation or app-user identifiers, preferences and settings to operate its features and associate a purchased benefit with the appropriate service record. These references, requests and communications may relate to you even without registration. An association between a service record and a particular creation is itself creation information and follows that creation's removal deadline.

Google Play maintains its own account and payment service. Purchasing through the store does not register a Tony AI login. Removing information from Tony AI does not close your Google account or erase records Google handles independently for its own purposes and obligations.

You can contact us or exercise privacy rights without registering. A relevant reference may help locate the information concerned, but we do not ask you to create a new login as a condition of making a request. Never send a Google password or verification code. Protecting a record against unauthorized access calls for proportionate verification, not access to your store credentials.

Technical information and transaction records

Some records arise through use rather than a message you type. They can come from your device's requests, operation of the service, a Google Play transaction response or the attribution integration described below. They are handled for the relevant operational purpose, not as an unrestricted profile of your activity.

  • Device and service information can include an IP address, device or browser characteristics, operating-system and app versions, request times, relevant page or feature interactions, error details, diagnostics and logs needed to operate and protect the service. Creation-specific information within these records has the creation deadline.
  • Transaction information can include the item purchased, a store order or transaction reference, its date, receipt or verification response, payment and refund status and the corresponding entitlement. Google Play processes the payment through its own systems; we handle the relevant response to verify and administer the app benefit.
  • Installation attribution can involve identifiers when permitted, referral and channel details, IP and version information, and installation, first-open or session signals. The purpose and limits of the Adjust integration are explained separately below.

Tony AI has no subscriptions. Any available purchase is described in the app before payment; this website does not publish a price list or accept checkout submissions. Necessary purchase records let us deliver an accepted benefit, examine an error and implement a refund or other applicable remedy. They do not justify retaining a creation or a link to it beyond its deadline.

For a billing enquiry, supply the relevant portion of a receipt or an available order reference rather than a complete financial statement. Store records and our service records can have different roles and legal obligations. We explain the independent-record limits below rather than assigning every transaction or device record the same lifespan as creative material.

Why information is used and on what basis

The purpose of the interaction determines what information is needed. Where privacy law requires a lawful basis, that basis must support the particular processing; listing several bases here does not mean they can be used interchangeably or replace required consent.

  • Performing a creative request: receiving selected inputs and instructions, applying the chosen settings or template, running and managing the task and returning its result.
  • Providing the app: maintaining relevant service settings and records, administering access and communicating the status or availability of a feature.
  • Administering purchases: verifying a transaction, delivering the agreed entitlement, investigating a missing benefit, reconciling a refund or reversal and addressing a payment dispute.
  • Responding to people: answering support questions, reviewing faults and content reports, processing privacy or deletion requests and sending relevant service communications.
  • Attributing installations: identifying the referral or acquisition channel through the limited Adjust signals described in this policy. This is not creative-feature or purchase-event analysis.
  • Protecting the service and meeting obligations: investigating security incidents, errors, fraud or misuse, maintaining reliability, obtaining professional advice, complying with valid legal duties and establishing or defending rights.

Where applicable law recognizes the basis, processing needed to fulfil a requested service or purchase can be necessary for a contract or steps you request before it. Accounting, tax and other required records can be necessary for a legal obligation. Reliability, security and necessary administration can rely on legitimate interests where permitted, after considering your rights and whether they override the proposed use.

Consent is obtained where required for device access, tracking, communications or another optional activity. Visiting this page or continuing to read it does not give that consent. You may withdraw a consent-based choice using a relevant available control or by contacting us. Withdrawal changes future consent-based handling; it does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. We explain an effect on the relevant feature where one arises.

Some information is necessary to complete the action you request. Without the selected input, required instructions or relevant payment response, we may be unable to provide that action. Optional attachments or unrelated details are not required just to ask for help. A proposed new purpose must meet any additional notice, legal-basis or consent requirements before the new handling begins.

Genuinely anonymous or aggregated statistics may help assess reliability without identifying a person. Merely hashing or replacing an identifier does not necessarily make information anonymous. Material or associations connected to a particular creation still have to be removed by its deadline, even if someone proposes using them for diagnosis or statistics. None of these purposes authorizes training AI with any user information.

Selected media and self-hosted generation

Android's system Photo Picker lets you select photographs for an input. The chosen material is uploaded for the creative operation you request. Our self-hosted models run on servers under our operation; self-hosting does not mean that generation takes place entirely on your phone.

We do not pass prompts, uploaded media, generated results or associated creation information to a third-party AI generation provider. Services supporting infrastructure, communications or installation attribution have the different roles described in this policy. Their involvement does not change the self-hosted generation arrangement.

Tony AI does not identify people using facial recognition, extract facial geometry to establish identity or create biometric identity records. An image can nevertheless reveal an identifiable person or sensitive information. Its protection does not depend on whether the app performs biometric recognition.

No user information is used to train AI models. That commitment covers creations and associated records as well as device information, purchases, support messages and reports. Carrying out a task or examining a problem gives no permission to build a training collection from the information involved.

The complete creation record is removed within 36 hours from upload start, or prompt submission if there is no upload. Inputs, outputs and associated records share that original deadline. Save an available result you want to keep and review it before sharing, since generated material can contain unexpected or inaccurate details.

Only provide material you have the right to use. Consider another person's privacy and likeness as well as copyright or confidentiality. A requested transformation does not require unrelated private documents or sensitive information. The Terms explain the permission needed to fulfil a request and the responsibilities attached to its use.

Adjust and the source of an installation

Adjust is used solely to attribute a Tony AI installation to its source, such as a referral, campaign or acquisition channel. It is not an AI provider, and we do not use it to examine creations, analyze creative-feature use or track purchase events.

That limited purpose still uses technical information. Depending on availability, consent and applicable privacy choices, the signals can include device or advertising identifiers, referral and channel information, IP address, operating-system, app or SDK versions, and installation, first-open or session information needed for attribution. Such signals may be personal information despite not containing a name.

We do not send Adjust prompts, input or output media, task records, creation metadata or other creation information. Support conversations and content reports are excluded too, as are purchase events. Necessary attribution information and results may be exchanged through enabled acquisition-channel connections, subject to the applicable permissions and choices.

Attribution information follows its own necessary-purpose retention arrangements; the creation deadline is not a promise about every attribution record. Limiting an advertising identifier can affect future attribution without deleting information already collected. Relevant device choices and rights of access, deletion, objection or advertising opt-out remain available under applicable law.

For a request concerning information processed for Tony AI, contact support@tonyai.org. We work with the relevant provider as needed to apply a valid request. The provider's privacy information gives further details about its role, but does not replace our responsibility for the information we cause to be processed.

Recipients and the reasons for disclosure

We limit access and disclosure to the purposes explained here. A recipient receives information relevant to its role, rather than every type of information described in the policy. Different recipients can also have different responsibilities for the records they handle.

  • Operational providers support hosting, storage, website delivery, communications, support and security. Information processed for us is limited to the work they perform. Adjust's separate installation-source role and exclusions are described above; these providers are not third-party AI generation recipients.
  • Google Play and purchase-related services exchange the transaction, verification, entitlement, refund or dispute details needed to administer a purchase, resolve a discrepancy or meet a platform requirement.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers, can receive relevant records when necessary for advice, a claim, compliance or business administration, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Courts, regulators, law enforcement and other legal or safety recipients can receive relevant information where a valid legal requirement applies or lawful disclosure is necessary to protect people, investigate abuse or establish, exercise or defend a right.
  • A proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring or asset transfer can involve reviewing or transferring relevant records. Confidentiality protections, required notices and applicable legal safeguards remain necessary. A business transaction is not permission to disregard existing privacy commitments.
  • At your instruction, information may be provided to someone authorized to act for you. If you independently export or share a result, the recipient's later handling of that copy is separate from our operation of the service.

Where information is processed on our behalf, we require appropriate protection and handling limited to the authorized purpose. All provider-held creation information and its copies remain within the same original deletion deadline. A marketplace processing its own payment records may separately act for its own legal responsibilities; that does not exempt records processed for us.

We do not sell personal information for money. Legal definitions of sale, sharing or targeted advertising may also cover particular disclosures without a monetary payment. The regional rights and preference-signal provisions below address those definitions. An attribution label alone does not remove an applicable privacy choice.

Retention and the complete creation deadline

The maximum lifetime of a creation's information is 36 hours beginning when its input upload starts. For a request without an upload, the period begins when its prompt is submitted. The resulting images or videos do not receive another 36 hours when generation finishes. Every part of the creation record shares the original deadline.

Removal includes prompts, input and output images or videos, parameters, chosen templates, task identifiers and status, timestamps, metadata, links and other associations. It covers copies and derived material in every system we control and every system processing on our behalf: storage, databases, task systems, logs, previews, thumbnails, caches, backups, support correspondence and attachments, and content reports.

Moving information to another record, opening a case or making a copy does not restart or extend the period. Necessary independent records must have the creation's content and all associated information removed by that same deadline. There is no separate support, accounting, security, legal-case or backup exception that allows creation information or links to it to remain.

  • Independent app-user and settings records can remain for administering use and purchased access until they are no longer necessary or a valid request requires deletion. Their connections to particular creations are removed by those creations' deadlines.
  • Independent transaction records may be needed for purchase verification, entitlement corrections, refunds, disputes, accounting or tax duties. Keeping transaction history is different from keeping a user's creation history, media or task references.
  • Independent support and reporting records may be needed to address an issue, record an action or resolve a dispute. The creative material, task details and associations contained in them still have to be erased on time.
  • Independent technical and security records may be necessary for reliability, fraud prevention, an incident or a particular investigation. They cannot preserve creation-specific evidence or links after the original deadline.
  • Independent installation-source information follows the necessary attribution purpose, the relevant provider arrangements and applicable rights. It does not contain the creation information excluded from Adjust's processing.

For these independent records, we consider the continuing purpose, legal obligations, a valid request and whether less identifiable information would be sufficient. Information is deleted or made genuinely anonymous when it is no longer needed. Restricted backup handling of non-creation records must not return deleted information to ordinary use; any restored copy must respect an earlier deletion. Creation backups must already be removed by the original deadline.

A result exported to your own device or shared independently with another person or service is outside our controlled systems and processors. Manage that separate copy yourself or with its recipient. Tony AI does not provide a permanent archive, and the removal of our creation records does not reach those independently held copies.

Access, correction and other privacy rights

You can make a privacy request at support@tonyai.org. Explain the information concerned and the action you are asking for. Rights depend on the applicable law, its scope and the processing involved; a Tony AI registration is not required to exercise them. They can include the following.

  • Access and confirmation: learn whether information about you is processed, receive a copy and understand its sources, uses and recipients.
  • Correction: have inaccurate information corrected or incomplete information completed where relevant to the purpose for which it is held.
  • Erasure or restriction: request removal of information or a limit on its use, subject to applicable conditions and lawful exceptions for genuinely independent records.
  • Portability: obtain applicable information you provided in a usable format, or ask for a technically feasible transfer to another provider where the law gives that right.
  • Consent withdrawal: change a consent-based choice without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
  • Applicable advertising and profiling choices: opt out of a sale, advertising-related sharing, targeted advertising or profiling with qualifying legal or similarly significant effects.

An objection is a separate right. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, the applicable rules may allow an objection based on your circumstances. An applicable objection to direct marketing does not require the same personal justification. You can identify whether you want a future use stopped, an existing record deleted or both.

To match the request to the right records, we may seek a limited app-user, device, transaction or correspondence reference. Verification must be proportionate and protect against disclosing or deleting another person's information. An authorized agent may act where permitted, with evidence of authority and any required verification. Do not send credentials or a complete identity document merely to start the request.

We handle requests within the applicable legal period and explain a relevant refusal, exception, permitted extension or lawful charge. A protected request must not result in unlawful discrimination. An independent-record exception does not extend the creation deadline or permit retained links to the creation.

You can complain to a competent regulator or supervisory authority where the applicable law provides that route. For matters governed by UK or European data protection rules, the relevant supervisory-authority rights remain available. Contacting us can help resolve a concern, but is not a waiver of an available right to approach an authority directly.

How to request deletion

Personal Settings and email are independent ways to ask us to delete your app-user record and associated personal information. You do not have to try the app first, create a login or reinstall it in order to send an email request. The account-deletion wording in a control refers to service records rather than a registered login profile.

  • In the app, open Personal Settings, choose the deletion option, read the information presented and follow the confirmation steps. Export any available work you wish to keep before confirming.
  • By email, write to support@tonyai.org and say that you want Tony AI app-user information deleted. Include an available reference that helps locate the relevant records. If the app is inaccessible or you have no reference, explain what information is available so that a proportionate next step can be identified.

Deletion covers the relevant app-user record, unnecessary preferences and other associated personal information, including the complete remaining creation record and copies held for us. We direct processors acting on our behalf to carry out the necessary removal. Limited verification may be required to establish that you can request the action for those records.

Independent information required for a particular financial, security, support, attribution or legal purpose may remain only for that justified purpose, with relevant exceptions explained. It cannot be used to continue normal use of a user record that should have been erased or preserve creation information beyond the original deadline.

Automatic creation removal within 36 hours does not wait for a deletion request, verification or support response. Once the information is erased, it is no longer recoverable from that deleted record. Uninstalling the app or clearing local storage is different from asking us to erase information already held by the service.

A data request does not close your Google account, erase Google's independent payment records or automatically request a refund. You may seek a purchase remedy and deletion at the same time without making one conditional on abandoning the other. Copies independently saved or shared outside the service remain under your or the recipient's control.

Website storage, SDKs and device controls

This website does not run analytics or advertising trackers, set advertising cookies or save interface selections persistently in your browser. Its gallery selections are temporary interface state. It uses system fonts rather than requesting external font files. Your browser may cache pages and images to display them, which is different from collecting an advertising profile.

There are no website forms for creative submissions, payment or sending personal files. Following an email link opens your email service; a message you choose to send then becomes correspondence under this policy. Viewing or changing a gallery selection does not submit a prompt or generate media.

The installed app has its own local and service records and the disclosed Adjust integration. Browser cookie controls do not automatically disable an SDK inside an app. Clearing a local cache is not an instruction to erase information already received by our systems or a provider.

For source photographs, Android's system Photo Picker makes the images you choose available for the requested input. If another operation requires device permission, that access is requested for the relevant operation. You can refuse or change access through device controls, although a dependent function may then be unavailable. Revoking access affects future use; it does not itself delete earlier uploads.

Manage the browser and device choices available to you, and contact us about earlier information if that is your concern. Required consent for tracking or device access remains separate from viewing this page. A link to an independent service such as Google Play or Adjust leads to its own notice and terms; we remain responsible for our own disclosures and handling carried out on our behalf.

Security and incident handling

We use technical, organizational and administrative measures appropriate to the risks of the information involved. These address protection during transmission and storage, authorized access and responsible handling. Access is limited to people and systems with a relevant operational need and to the tasks they are permitted to perform.

Security includes reviewing relevant provider handling, investigating faults or suspicious activity and responding to incidents. No connected service can promise that every loss or unauthorized use is impossible. When an incident occurs, we assess it and provide notifications to affected people or authorities as required by applicable law.

Keep your device and store credentials secure. If you believe information has been exposed or a service record misused, contact us with an explanation and an available reference. Do not send a password, verification code or complete payment details. We can consider what further evidence is necessary after understanding the concern.

Incident handling does not override the creation deadline. Information about a specific work within logs, reports or security evidence has the same removal requirement as the original work. An independent security record may remain for a necessary purpose only after the creation content, metadata and associations have been removed.

See alsosupport@tonyai.org

Where information may be processed

Our operator is located in Logan, Utah, in the United States. Service infrastructure and providers involved in operations, including relevant Google Play and Adjust activities, may process information in other countries. A company address does not establish the storage location of every record. Countries can differ in their privacy protections and rules governing official access to information.

When a transfer is subject to legal safeguards, we use the arrangement required for the information and destination involved. Depending on the applicable rules, that may be an adequacy decision, approved contractual protection or another lawful mechanism. UK and European transfer rules apply where they govern the processing; they are not assumed solely from someone visiting this website.

You may ask about the applicable arrangements and how to obtain relevant information about safeguards. Necessary confidential details can be protected while respecting the information rights you have. Changing infrastructure or a provider's location does not authorize a new purpose or extend the creation-data deadline, including for copies processed on our behalf.

See alsosupport@tonyai.org

Children and sensitive information

Use of Tony AI is subject to the age, legal capacity and consent requirements that apply to the person using it. If lawful use requires a parent or guardian's permission, that permission must be obtained. A general statement in this policy does not allow someone to bypass an age restriction or provide consent they are not legally able to give.

We do not knowingly collect children's information contrary to applicable requirements. If we learn that information was collected without required permission or another valid legal basis, we take appropriate steps to stop the unlawful handling and remove it as required. A parent or guardian can ask for review or deletion, with proportionate verification when necessary to protect the child.

Creative features do not require unrelated health records, government identification, financial documents or other unnecessary sensitive details. Consider what a prompt, photograph or screenshot reveals before submitting it. Other people's information requires the relevant permission even when the intended result is fictional or artistic. An identifiable image remains personal information without biometric recognition.

See alsosupport@tonyai.org

Browser signals and advertising choices

A legacy Do Not Track setting does not have a single uniform implementation across services. It is not interpreted as an instruction to delete all app information, turn off every installed SDK or withdraw every separate consent linked to a device.

A legally recognized opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, is different. We apply a valid signal as required by the governing law for the processing concerned. Its effect depends on the relevant context; a browser signal does not necessarily identify an independent app installation or every separate record about a person.

Where the right applies, you can also request an opt-out from sale, advertising-related sharing or targeted advertising by contacting support@tonyai.org. Identify the service or relevant available record without sending credentials. A device-level change to an advertising identifier can limit later activity without erasing earlier records. If you also want deletion, make that request separately or describe both choices in the same message.

See alsosupport@tonyai.org

California information and choices

California privacy rights apply where the relevant law governs our handling and its scope, thresholds and exceptions are met. The earlier sections describe the information categories, sources, uses, recipients and retention criteria for the service. Naming a statutory choice does not mean that every type of regulated processing occurs in Tony AI.

Relevant categories can include identifiers and contact information, commercial information about transactions and entitlements, internet or app activity and technical records, and visual material, prompts or communications you provide. Selected content may itself reveal sensitive information. The reasons for use and disclosure are those already explained; creative material and its associations retain the same original deletion deadline.

  • Where applicable, you can request access to information and details about its handling, correction of inaccuracies and deletion subject to statutory conditions.
  • Applicable choices include opting out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising and limiting qualifying uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.
  • An authorized agent may act under the relevant authorization and verification requirements. Exercising a protected privacy right must not cause unlawful discrimination.

We do not exchange personal information for money, but the statutory definitions of sale or sharing can extend to other disclosures. Where necessary attribution information shared with an enabled acquisition channel falls within those definitions, the applicable opt-out can be made through our contact route or a legally recognized preference signal. Those exchanges do not include creations, support or report contents, or purchase events from us.

We use proportionate verification where required and explain an exception that prevents completing a request in full. Begin by identifying the information or issue; you do not need to resend sensitive material merely to ask what is held about you. Any request for additional evidence must be relevant to identifying or verifying the matter.

See alsosupport@tonyai.org

Virginia rights and review of a decision

Where the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies, eligible residents can exercise its rights within the statute's scope and exceptions. The information, purposes, disclosures and retention explained in this policy provide the context for those rights. They are not a statement that every possible advertising or profiling activity takes place in the service.

  • Confirm whether personal data is processed and access it; correct inaccuracies and request deletion under the applicable conditions.
  • Obtain a portable copy of applicable information you provided in a readily usable format, subject to the law's requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data or profiling for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects where that processing and right apply.
  • Exercise protected rights without unlawful discrimination and appeal a decision that denies a request.

Send a request to support@tonyai.org. If you wish to appeal a denial, reply to the decision or email the same address with “Privacy appeal” and explain the issue you want reviewed. We consider the appeal and communicate the outcome and reasons within the applicable legal period. If the appeal is denied, we provide the available method for complaining to the Virginia Attorney General.

A review can require enough information to identify the earlier request, but it does not require a new Tony AI registration. Information provided for the review is limited to that purpose and other justified handling described in this policy. A continuing appeal does not preserve creation content or associated records beyond their original deadline.

See alsosupport@tonyai.org

How policy changes are communicated

This version is dated November 4, 2026. We may update the policy to reflect changes to the app, processing, operational arrangements or legal requirements. A material change receives additional notice when required. A page edit is not a substitute for a notice or fresh choice required for a particular activity.

A proposed new purpose must satisfy the legal requirements that apply before information is used for it. Revising the policy does not retrospectively remove a right, supply missing consent or extend the fixed deadline for information about an existing creation. The descriptions must remain aligned with actual handling, including attribution and processor-held copies.

Independent providers may update their own notices, but those changes do not replace our responsibility for information we handle or have processed for us. Contact us if a change is unclear or you want to understand its effect on information associated with your use.

Contact and follow-up

Send privacy questions, access or correction requests, deletion requests, objections, appeals and security concerns to support@tonyai.org. Postal correspondence can be addressed to JTWDBW LLC, 335 S 100 W, Logan, UT 84321-5236, United States. Our official website is https://www.tonyai.org.

Describe what you need and include an available app-user, order or earlier correspondence reference when helpful. An email address lets us reply; it is not evidence of a Tony AI registered login. Avoid passwords, authentication codes, full financial information and unnecessary identity documents.

To raise a concern about a result, use the report option on its detail page inside the app or email support. Explain the concern rather than forwarding illegal material or unrelated private information. Any creation content, reference or attachment in the report has the same original removal deadline.

The pages below explain practical deletion steps, support and purchase remedies. One request does not require abandoning another: you can seek purchase help and exercise privacy rights independently. A support exchange does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. In a follow-up, identify what remains unresolved rather than repeatedly sending private files.
