§1The service that processes a request

Tony AI is an Android app in development, with Google Play availability coming soon. Its creative features are image-to-video, video templates, AI images and image templates. A request is processed to produce the selected kind of media and return a result. The app has not been released and there is no public Google Play download link yet.

Generation runs on self-hosted infrastructure operated by us. Creative inputs, prompts, outputs and their associated information are not sent to a third-party AI generation provider. This describes server processing under our operation; it does not mean every operation is performed entirely on your device.

We do not recognise people through facial recognition, build face identity profiles or extract biometric information for identifying them. A person's photograph may nevertheless be personal information. Its handling remains subject to the same purpose limits, permissions and deletion requirements that apply to other creative material.

Providers involved in infrastructure, communications, app distribution or payments carry out operational roles described in the Privacy Policy. Their involvement does not authorise another AI provider to process your creative request. Information handled by a processor for us remains within the relevant limits, including the deadline for all creation information.

This website is informational and does not accept uploads or run generation. Its original campaign concepts were created for the website. They are not screenshots of the app, available in-app templates or results generated by Tony AI, and should not be read as a guarantee that a request will produce the illustrated result.

§2What belongs to a creation

Depending on the feature, you may provide selected media, a prompt, generation settings or a template selection. Tony AI uses Android's system Photo Picker for choosing photos. You select the photographs to make available for the request; this does not grant the app access to your entire photo library.

The term creation information covers everything associated with the work. That includes prompts, source media, input and output images or videos, parameters, settings, template selections, task identifiers, task records, status, timestamps, metadata, links and associations. Previews, thumbnails, derived files and copies are included, even if they are stored separately from the original material.

The classification follows the information. For example, a task reference in an email, a description of the result in an incident log or an attachment submitted with a report still belongs to that creation. Calling the surrounding record a support, payment or security record does not remove the creation information within it from the deletion rules.

Supply material only when you have the rights and permissions needed for its use, including relevant permission for another person's likeness or personal information. A publicly accessible photograph does not by itself establish those rights. Consider the proposed use of the output as well as the upload, and review a result before publishing or sharing it.

Leave out private documents and sensitive details that are unnecessary for the request. Access to a selected photo is a practical step in providing the service, not permission to use every detail in it for unrelated activities. The Terms describe content responsibilities and the processing permission needed to fulfil your request.

§3Removal within 36 hours of the original start

The 36-hour maximum begins when an input upload starts. Where a request has no upload, it begins when the prompt is submitted. By that deadline, all information associated with the creation is deleted. The resulting images or videos, task record and related information have the same deadline as the inputs; completion does not begin another retention period.

The deadline applies throughout every system we control and every processor acting on our behalf. It covers prompts and media, input and output files, settings and template choices, task identifiers and status, times, metadata, associations and all copies. Databases, generation storage, logs, support messages and attachments, content reports, caches and backups are all included.

A retry within the same request, a transfer between systems, a copied file or an open support case cannot reset the clock. The same applies to information added to a safety investigation or purchase enquiry. Routine removal does not wait for you to request deletion, for an investigation to conclude or for support to reply.

Independent app-user, transaction, installation-attribution, support or security records may have a necessary purpose of their own. By the creation deadline, they must no longer contain its creative material, task details, metadata, links or associations. A reason to keep a separate record is not a reason to preserve the creation inside it. Backups do not extend that deadline.

Save an available result to your device if you want to keep a copy. Tony AI is not a lasting archive, and erased records cannot supply the creation again. Files you export or share outside our controlled systems and processors remain with you or the recipient; our deletion process does not remove those separate copies.

§4Use is limited to the service, with no AI training

We do not use any user information to train AI models. The commitment covers creative inputs and results, prompts, app-user references, purchase records, diagnostics, support correspondence and reports. It applies beyond the particular model used for a request and does not depend on whether the information contains a name.

Your permission to process submitted content is limited to delivering the requested service and handling related support or safety matters, within the same creation deadline. It does not transfer your existing rights, authorise unrelated publication of private material or allow a collection to be kept for future model training.

Adjust has the separate, limited purpose of identifying installation sources through necessary technical signals. We do not send it creation information, support communications, content reports or purchase events. Attribution records do not inherit permission to contain creation links after the creation deadline. The Privacy Policy explains attribution handling and the rights and choices that may apply.

Neither feedback nor an enquiry changes the no-training rule. Independent user information retained for a justified purpose also stays outside AI training. Where an activity requires a separate consent or legal step, submitting a request or accepting the Terms does not supply that consent automatically.

§5Deletion requests and concerns about content

Tony AI does not require registration or login. Use the deletion option in Personal Settings to request removal of your app-user record and associated personal information, or email support@tonyai.org independently. You can use email without opening or reinstalling the app and without first attempting the in-app route.

Give an available app-user or generation reference when it helps identify the information. If you have no reference, explain what is available. Any further verification should be limited to locating the records and confirming your authority to request the action. Do not send store credentials, unrelated identity documents or unnecessary private creative files.

A concern about a creation can be reported from its detail page without leaving the app. Email support is also available for harmful content, copyright, privacy, likeness or another rights concern. Describe the issue and your connection to it where relevant. Do not forward illegal material; we may seek the minimum additional information needed to investigate.

The Privacy Policy covers lawful bases, other operational information, service providers and privacy rights; the deletion page explains removal and any limited treatment of independent records.
