The deadline begins when upload starts, or at prompt submission without an upload. All creation information and copies in systems we control or held by processors acting for us share that deadline, including inputs, outputs and associated records. Completion does not restart the clock.
No AI training with your data.
Generation runs on self-hosted systems. We do not use third-party AI generation, facial recognition or biometric identity extraction, and no user information is used to train AI.

What can I create?
The app supports image-to-video, video templates, AI images and image templates. The creative options and actual templates are shown inside the app. Website artwork is an original concept collection, not an app screenshot, available template or app-generated result.
Do I need to sign in or subscribe?
Tony AI does not require registration or login, and there are no subscriptions. Any available purchase and its applicable terms are presented inside the app before you confirm. This website does not take payments.
How long is creation information kept?
All creation information and copies held in systems we control or by processors acting for us are deleted within 36 hours from the start of upload. For a request without an upload, the clock starts at prompt submission. Inputs, outputs, prompts and associated records share that deadline; completion does not reset it. Copies you export outside our systems remain under your control.
What if I want my data gone, or something looks wrong?
Use Personal Settings to request deletion, or independently email support@tonyai.org. There is no sign-up step, so nothing extra is needed to ask. To report content, use the reporting option on its creation detail page in the app.
